3. Are we able to learn all the details if we don’t come to your site?
A3: Yes. We will send the detail teaching material for you. You can learn from watching the material. But we suggest you coming to the company by yourself. Our technical staff will teach you hand by hand.

4. What’s the guarantee if we have ordered and purchased the equipment from your factory?
A4: Our equipment has been approved by the Chinese quality inspection authorities and possess national patents, our quality is guaranteed. The equipment is guaranteed with a one-year free warranty and lifelong maintenance. The knowledge on equipment repair will be taught on site with the equipment instructions provided. When the easily-worn parts has been broken, you purchase in local market whose cost will be bore by our side. Or you can make a call for us; we can send it to you for replacement.
