High Shear Homogenizer

High Shear homogenizer mixer is suitable for mixing, Dispersing, Shearing and Homogenizing all kinds of viscous liquid and pastes. This machine could be applied in Food, Beverage, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Paint& ink industry etc. The Unit consists of a centrally located shaft, connected to a flanged type motor mounted on a steel housing. We have four types of different stators to suit different working condition. It is used for homogenizing and emulsifying creams with middle and low viscosity and suitable for most ingredients. Special stator and rotor generate strong cutting, milling, hitting and turbulence so that emulsifies water and oil, and then granule diameter reaches stable status(1-2um).
